Sim's Park
Set in 12-hectare land, Sim's Park or Pleasure ground was named after J.D. Sim in 1878. It has a botanical garden with collection of over 1000 impressive plant species. Some 300 types of roses are cultured here.Other species include tree ferns, camellia, pines and magnolia. The annual fruit and vegetable show is immensely popular attracting a large number of visitors. The park is modelled along Japanese style.

Lamb's Rock
Lamb's Rock is an ideal spot for the picnickers. The place derived its name from Captain Lamb who actually carved out out the path. The Hulical ravine is located on the right hand. On e get get a spectacular view of the graceful Coonoor stream flowing 5000 feet below. The rugged cliff offers mouth dropping views of the Coimbatore plains.
Dolphin's Nose
Dolphin's Nose located near Tiger Hills offers breathtaking views of the serene Nilgiri Hills, lovely ravines and the cascading Catherine Falls. Just 10 kms from the fascinating hill station, the dolphin shaped rock is visited by a large number of tourists.

Named after Lady Canning, the wife of Viceroy Canning, the Lady Canning's seat is rated as the most beautiful point. Elegantly lying in the heart of dense woods, it is 8 kms from the bus stand . It is said that the elegant wife of the Viceroy was extremely fond of this fascinating spot offering stunning view of acres of tea estates.
